PRACTICES
Practices are primarily held at Elmont Memorial High School or various schools in Valley Stream but are subject to change based on the school's availability.
Each team will have practice 1x during the week and 1x on Sundays.
Monday 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Tuesday 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Wednesday 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Thursday 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Sundays 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm (non-tournament days)
Practice may be canceled or reschedule depending on school events/functions.

The program costs $1,800 for the season not including travel costs (hotel, transportation, food).
We will do our best to provide cost effective options for all over night tournaments.
The fee covers:

Please note that parents will need to provide black volleyball compression shorts as all girls are shaped differently, we want them comfortable in their own bodies. Must be FULLY black, no additional colors with the exception of brand logo.
